Film credits:
You can decide how much to Esperantify your name. It’s fine to just leave your name as is though. The important thing is letting us know what that person did on the film.
We normally use all caps for the family name of a person regardless of where a culture usually places it. We normally change W’s to V’s, CH to Ĉ, SH to Ŝ, and X to KS. Georgo VAŜINGTONO instead of George Washington, for example. Given names, like all nouns, usually end in -o like Adamo, but female names often end in -a instead like Sofia.

Here’s the simplest form you can use, stating that this element or job was made or handled by this person:

One final style that’s very Esperanto in style is using an active past tense verb and then the person’s name where it’s implied that the film is the thing we’re talking about. It sounds weird in English but it actually works.
