The composers of this piece, Daan and Jenaro, sought a new musical challenge and decided to participate in a digital competition, collaborating on composing an innovative snare drum duet.

Their aim was to create something distinct, infused with groove, flow, and a touch of uniqueness. Choosing “Esperanto”, a song on Ulf Wakenius’s solo album ‘Momento Magico,’ as their fundament, allowed them to bring this unique feel to the modern Drum Corps style.

They found out about this album because the Bluecoats featured its themetrack in their 2022 program.
